Eric Syfrett started consulting and serving nonprofits and small businesses shortly after completing a Masters of Accountancy from UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition to that, he currently serves as the Executive Pastor of King’s Park International Church in Durham, NC. Eric’s experience has straddled the lines between the not-for-profit and for-profit sector, between organizational and pastoral responsibilities, between people-oriented and task-oriented. He enjoys writing and teaching, organizing and leading, whatever it takes to help build a team or organization to achieve its potential.

Eric recently celebrated twenty years of marriage with Adena and is a proud father to daughters, Sarah Beth and Elena. In his free time, Eric enjoys building with legos, photography and reading books and blogs on leadership, ministry, and business.
